The Grievance Officer handles complaints regarding:
- content or conduct on the Platform that violates our Terms or the law;
- requests to remove unlawful or infringing content;
- privacy and personal-data concerns and the exercise of your rights under the DPDP Act (access, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent, nomination).
How to Raise a Grievance
Email the Grievance Officer (or care@spattoo.com) with:
- your name and contact details;
- a clear description of the issue and the URL or storefront/order it relates to;
- what outcome you are seeking; and
- for content-takedown or infringement requests, the details and any proof required under applicable law, and a statement that the information provided is accurate.
Our Response Timelines
- We will acknowledge your grievance within 24 hours.
- We will resolve it within the timelines required by law — generally within 15 days, and sooner for categories that require expedited action under the applicable rules.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution of a personal-data grievance, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India as provided under the DPDP Act.
